Arbor Snowboarding, the California-based action sports brand known for using innovative construction with sustainable materials to craft the highest-quality snowboards and bindings, today announces an evolution of its leadership and marketing team, new positions created, and internal promotions that will help support the brand’s continued growth and success.
The evolution of the Arbor Snowboarding group is focused on developing new teams across sales, marketing, and product, bolstering Arbor’s ability to connect with and support retailers and customers and continue to demonstrate its legacy of innovation and sustainability. New Arbor team members include Matt Patti as General Manager, Cale Meyer as Director of Marketing, Garrett Gibb as Sr. Manager of Product Development, and Trevor Brady as North American Sales Manager. Promotions include Scott Klameki to International Sales Manager, Eddie Wall to Product Marketing Manager and Dave Marx to Brand Marketing Manager.
“These are big moves for Arbor building up the marketing, product and sales teams, and it’s a very exciting time to be part of the brand,” said Matt Patti. “Scott, Cale, Garrett, Eddie, Dave, Trevor, Jack, Sky and Mike are all pros who are stepping into critical roles at a critical time, and their combined expertise will help us be more strategic and tactical while at the same time continuing to honor the 28 year legacy that makes Arbor the brand that it is today.”
Patti took the helm as General Manager in March, 2023 after 7 years as Sr. Global Category Manager for VANS Snowboarding and MTE. Prior to VANS, Patti served in leadership positions at Arbor Snowboarding across product, brand and logistics for over a decade.
The evolution of the Arbor sales team includes Scott Klameki’s promotion to International Sales Manager, Trevor Brady stepping into the newly formed role of North American Sales Manager, Jack Stevens as Sales Coordinator and Sky Ceballos as Customer Service and Warranty representative. For the past several years Klameki has led all global sales for Arbor Snowboarding, and will now be focused on growing the brand in key global regions. With past roles at K2 Snowboarding, Burton, and Milosport in Salt Lake City, among others, Brady brings new energy and outside perspectives to the brand, and will oversee all aspects of sales in the US and Canada. Stevens comes from Foundry Distribution; Ceballos was formerly a part of the team at Arbor’s flagship retail location in Venice, Calif.
The marketing team builds with Cale Meyer (right) joining as Director of Marketing and Mike Yoshida as Retail Marketing Manager, as well as the promotions of Eddie Wall to Product Marketing Manager and Dave Marx to Brand Marketing Manager. Meyer’s experience includes marketing leadership roles with Specialized Bicycles and SMITH Optics, and he brings both big and small brand marketing experience to Arbor. Moving from the product team, Wall takes over as Product Marketing Manager where he’ll be responsible for the development and execution of seasonal product campaigns and bringing product stories to life across digital and retail channels. As Brand Marketing Manager, Marx will play a key role in the creation and planning of seasonal brand plans, further developing Arbor’s Pro and Amateur athlete programs and content creation and event activations, and continuing to drive awareness through Arbor’s social media channels.
Finally, Garrett Gibb bolsters Arbor’s product team, joining as Sr. Manager of Product Design. Gibb spent 12 years with VANS’ development team focused on snowboard boots and MTE footwear, and will be taking on Arbor’s developing responsibilities across all Arbor Snowboarding product lines.
