Big Agnes, the Steamboat-Springs-based outdoor equipment brand, today announced the hiring of Jim Trombly as the Director of Product Design & Development, along with the announcement of four additional promotions within the Big Agnes team. Trombly joins Big Agnes with 23-years of experience in the outdoor industry with brands like Mountain Safety Research, Thermarest, Sierra Designs and Patagonia, and will work alongside the product team to help bolster new product design and development.
“It is exciting to become part of the Big Agnes family and relocate to the mountains,” said Trombly. “I have a passion for the outdoors and the products that compliment being out there, so earning an opportunity to work with such a well-known and driven brand like Big Agnes made for an easy decision.”
In addition to hiring Trombly, Big Agnes is proud to announce the promotion of four exceptional individuals within its workforce. These advancements reflect the company’s commitment to recognizing and building talent from within, driving its continued success and growth in the industry.
