In April 2022, Desiknio and Stromer announced a strategic alliance, establishing a multi-brand strategy focused on premium e-bikes for a huge step forward in the future development of the e-bike market.

The X20 Pinion and X20 Gravel can be identified through their minimalist aesthetics and meticulous attention to detail. Designed and manufactured in Spain, both models are equipped with the latest Mahle X20 Smartbike technology, with 250 W rear-hub motors and integrated batteries that are concealed within the main tube and bridge of the frame. The bikes have full connectivity via the MySmartBike APP by Mahle, which lets riders adapt the e-bike to their preferences, and monitor speed, battery capacity, range, power, GPS navigation, and more.

The X20 Gravel e-bike is an all-carbon electric gravel bike. It uses the compact and lightweight Mahle X20 rear hub motor, with a combination of low-speed torque and a torque sensor to ensure smooth, proportionate power delivery. Weighing only 12 kilograms (26.5 pounds), the X20 Gravel has a range of between 30 and 60 miles (depending on level of motor assistance and terrain), which can be doubled with the X20 range extender.

Lightweight Urban Commuter E-Bike
Desiknio’s flagship X20 Pinion urban e-bike features the latest motor technology by Mahle, Pinion transmission, and Gates Carbon Drive belt, providing a smooth, silent, and exceptional riding experience. The Pinion transmission is based on tried-and-true automotive technology. All Desiknio urban e-bikes are available in either a Standard or Comfort frame geometry.
