Db, the award-winning Scandinavian luggage company, has unveiled its new Ramverk Pro Luggage hard-case collection, the company’s first foray in to the growing hard-case luggage market after winning multiple awards in the snow, surf and travel categories.
Db’s Ramverk Pro Luggage hard-case collection, which has been awarded the prestigious Red Dot and Doga design awards, represents the best in Scandinavian engineering and minimalist design while giving travelers the rugged protection they require for their belongings.
“Our generation is going out in the world, making hard choices and taking risks to pursue what we believe in. In those defining moments we need to be able to trust our gear and feel confident,” said Db Creative Director Vincent Laine, who masterminded the new collection. “The Ramverk Pro luggage collection is a perfect combination of form and function.”
For the Ramverk Pro Luggage collection (right), Laine and Db brought together its rugged design for action sports luggage with the needs of travelers carrying around expensive creative equipment. Every minute of the collection was designed with obsessive attention to detail as they reshaped classic luggage formats with Db’s distinct, functional design.
The award-winning collection is designed for both the cabin and conveyor belt. For the cabin, there are two options: One with front access designed for creatives and people traveling with bulky gear, and one classic split-case carry-on. The range also features two check-in cases in medium (67L) and large (87L) sizes.
The Ramverk Pro Front-Access Carry-on works with Db’s backpacks as part of a modular system. Featuring camera inserts to keep gear safe and designed to hook-up with Ramverk backpacks for easy transit, this new generation of hard-cases gives creatives and travelers the confidence to pack heavy, chase light.
