Chums, the iconic leader in eyewear retainers and outdoor accessories, is making key additions to its team of well-established outside sales reps as part of its continued focus on growing its specialty retail business. Additions to the expanded Chums rep force include Rocky Mountain Rep Group, Rep Monsters, and independent sales rep Allen Breeding.
Each new addition to the Chums rep force brings with them a portfolio of in-demand brands and a reputation for excellence in opening new doors and exceeding the expectations of their retail partners.
Rocky Mountain Rep Group, led by industry veteran Rich Kuipers, will spearhead Chums’ sales efforts and expansion in Utah, Colorado, Wyoming, southern Idaho, and New Mexico. Rocky Mountain Rep Group’s notable partner list includes Kühl, Yakima, GoPro, and Black Crows skis, a portfolio in which any brand would be happy to be included.
Mitch Baker’s Rep Monsters team will handle Chums’ retail partner needs in the coastal Southeastern portion of the U.S., servicing accounts throughout Virginia and the Carolinas. Rep Monsters has a successful track record with a diverse roster of brands, including Cobian, Arbor Skateboards, and Silipint, dovetailing nicely with Chums’ line of eyewear retainers, floating accessories, and active bags.
Independent sales rep Allen Breeding brings more than 30 years of experience to the Chums sales team and will be servicing the South Central region of the U.S. Already representing brands such as KAVU, Eagles Nest Outfitters, LIVSN, and Tough Cutie, Breeding has a proven track record of working with retail accounts that embody Chums’ heritage in the outdoors.
